Amazon discovery 03 days and 02 nights

The Amazon Discovery program shows us the best of the Amazon in just three days. This program is one of the programs that any adventurer would like to enjoy with Jungle Reps and Expeditions.

This program is cataloged as one where the adrenaline flows at every moment in search of animals and paradisiacal landscapes.

Day 01
8:00 am Reception at the airport or hotel of preference. Transfer to the city of Nauta where our private boat with life preservers will be waiting for us.

After an hour of navigation we will arrive to where it is officially known as the formation of the Amazon River, which is the union of the Marañón and Ucayali rivers.

Enjoy seeing the majesty of the father of all the rivers and very often the gray and pink dolphins since many species of fish feed these beautiful dolphin specimens.
We will navigate until we reach the Yarapa river. The Yarapa River is one of the rivers that houses one of the highest populations of gray and pink dolphins as well as birds, reptiles, primates or monkeys.

This river has been chosen by one of the most prestigious universities in the world such as the Cornell University of New York to carry out research in Ornithology, Botany, Primatology, and other specialties.

Upon arrival at our lodge our staff will welcome you and assign the cabin where we will spend the night. Our lodge has 04 rooms with private bathroom. There is also the possibility of sleeping in tents prior coordination at the time of booking the tour.

12:30 pm Lunch

3:00 pm Excursion in primary jungle to observe and swim with the gray and pink dolphins. To know at the same time the amazonian culture and our myths and legends that keep our beliefs alive. Boat exploration to see different species of birds and monkeys that adorn this part of the Amazon.

Return at sunset. The Amazon is known for giving all visitors one of the most spectacular sunsets the visitor has ever seen.

7:00 pm Dinner and then we go in boat or on foot to leave night safari. Aside from seeing many species of animals we will also listen to the natural symphony of the jungle.

Perfect excursion to see alligators or Amazonian crocodiles and frogs.

Day 02
Very early is one of the best times to see birds and species of monkeys we invite you every morning before breakfast for a morning exploration either by boat or on foot.

7:30 am Breakfast.
After our breakfast we will explore the reserve of the Cumaceba river. This river is characterized by housing a varied and rich flora and fauna of the area.

Look for species of macaws as well as species of monkeys from this area. You will be impressed with the amount of flora and fauna that you can see in this area. You will also have the opportunity to walk and look for reptile species such as alligators and anacondas.

12:30 pm Lunch
In the afternoon we invite you to a sport fishing of piranhas and other species. Option also to explore small tributaries where we almost always see giant river otters. We will also have another option to spot and swim with the pink dolphins.

7:00 pm Dinner and then we invite you to another night excursion to look for more wildlife.

Day 03
Excursion at dawn.
7:30 am Breakfast and after this we will have the option of walking in primary forest or exploration by boat.
11:30 am Lunch
12:30 pm Return to Nauta and then to Iquitos.
End of our services at hotel or airport.
